Shunjia Thread Industry Co.Ltd, is located in China's Guangdong Province within the heart of Shunde district’s National Industrial innovation zone. Founded in 1969, it has specialized in the production of various embroidery thread products for more than 50 years.
Closely following technology advancements, our specializations have progressed from hand embroidery threads to today’s threads produced for up-to-date high speed computerized sewing.

In 1983, it was the first to develop viscose rayon composite computer embroidery thread and polyester high-speed computer embroidery thread in China.
The products have passed ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and obtained Oeko tex Standard 100 Swiss confidence eco textile certification.
Our main products are viscose rayon, and polyester embroidery thread, which had been awarded titles of excellent product for its superior lustre, durability and performance. Our product, featuring stable color fastness, high color accuracy, and strong tenacity, is offered in extensive color ranges.

Founding
Shunde Shunjia Thread Industry Co., Ltd. has a rich history that dates back to 1969 when it was initially founded as Shunde Rongqi Chaoyang Wire Factory. In 1987, during a city enterprise upgrade, the factory was transformed into Shunde Chaoyang Textile Co., Ltd., marking a significant milestone in its evolution. Originally a state-owned collective enterprise, the company embraced the wave of national reform and opening-up. The company's flagship product, the "JINWEI" brand viscose rayon embroidery thread, has garnered widespread acclaim, earning titles such as "Best Products in Guangdong Province" and "Perfect Products in the Ministry" multiple times. This recognition is a testament to the company's unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. Furthermore, the "JINWEI" brand has passed stringent tests for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, ensuring that it meets the global requirements for environmental protection.

We have internationally leading SSM automatic winding machines, brand-new high-temperature high-pressure dyeing vats for cone yarn, and a DATACOLOR liquid dispensing color matching system and dyeing ERP system, as well as advanced infrared proofing equipment, ensuring precise color matching.
In our commitment to excellence and innovation, our company places a strong emphasis on prototyping. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technology to create prototypes that accurately represent the final product. This allows us to test and refine our embroidery threads and colors, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and performance. Our advanced prototyping process is an essential step in our product development, enabling us to bring to market products that are not only beautiful but also reliable and consistent.

Exports Worldwide
The products are well sold domestically and internationally, mainly being exported to Europe, America, the Middle East and Southeast Asian countries. Our company chooses high-quality raw materials, as well as uses large-scale professional equipment and laboratories for production. We have monthly outputs of 300 tons and throughout each production, quality testings are carried out from raw materials to finished products.
The amount of dyeable colors has been established to exceed 1,000. Monochrome production can be from 50 kg/color to 1500 kg/color.
